I am always looking for ways to practice sight words with my students. At the same time I am trying to find ways to save time both in explaining activities for stations and in prep time. I created these sight word packets that are super fun!
Simply print out the sight words on card stock and place them in a bucket or container. Then add the monthly themed card into the bucket. All you have to do is switch out the themed cards each month and leave the sight word cards. Just a couple of minutes of prep and you have a "new" game each month. Of course once the students learn the rules you don't have to waste time explaining an entire new game each month!
