Hello, this is Gloria from 2 Scoops of Kindergarten wishing you a Happy New Year 2015!
I hope you all are having a wonderful break ... if you are like me you are starting to think about what is in store for you and your classroom in this new year. Well, let me make your 2015 a little easier!
I just updated this ready to print packet of Winter Math centers. Here is what is included:
*Matching Skating Doubles sheet, *Build a Snowman with Shapes, *Adding
Snowflake dice, *Snowman 10 frames, *Snowflake Fact Families, *Winter
Addition & *Subtraction, **2 Different Snowflake Odd or Even, *Penguin
Greater than, Less than or Equal, and *Differentiated Word Problems.
Each center has it's own I Can Statements to develop independence for students.
This $5.00 product will be a $1 for these 3 days only (January1st, 2nd and 3rd)!
Another $1 deal is our Monthly Reading Incentives.
If you have never used a reading incentive, this has helped so much in my classroom. Parents love this practice and it gives their child an extra incentive to read every night. This monthly sheet goes home the first day of every month (so you can start the day you go back to school) and is usually put on the refrigerator from what I hear.... each icon stands for 5 minutes of reading. When the sheet is all filled up the reader returns it to school and in my room picks a prize from the prize box .....they are then handed another sheet. As the year continues the icons increase as the reader increases their stamina. This also comes with an editable parent letter - so you can make it your own. Soooo start the New Year with this fun and easy resource!
